Football Program

 

Registration for the 2018 Waldorf Wildcats Football season is now open until October 1, 2018.   Cost for the 2018 Football season is $275.00 for new players and $200.00 for returning players.  Multi-children discounts in the amount of $20.00 per child after the first child are available.  ALL football players will require one of the following items to receive equipment and/or participate in games

- valid MVA ID card (expiration date must be valid for entire season)

- passport  (expiration date must be valid for entire season)

- military ID  (expiration date must be valid for entire season) 

 

The cost for registration is $275.00 (**registration is only $225 if you choose to sell raffle tickets**) for new players and includes the following items:

  • 2 game jerseys 
  • 2 pair of game pants
  • 2 pair of game socks
  • shoulder pad rental
  • helmet rental
  • trophy
  • league & ref fees for all SMYAC games
  • approximately 8-10 games with a possible post season game
  • team snack fee (team mom/coach will purchase snacks for the team to cover all SMYAC games during the current season)

The cost for registration is $200.00 (**registration is only $150 if you choose to sell raffle tickets**)for returning players and includes the following items:

  • 1 pair of game pants
  • 1 pair of game socks
  • shoulder pad rental
  • helmet rental
  • trophy
  • league & ref fees for all SMYAC games
  • approximately 8-10 games with a possible post season game
  • team snack fee (team mom/coach will purchase snacks for the team to cover all SMYAC games during the current season)

All registrations paid in full will receive 10 raffle tickets worth $5 per ticket.   

 

Refund policy is below

As a non-profit organization, we try to keep the fees as low as possible to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We are forced to make decisions on equipment, uniforms, and pay insurance months before the season starts to ensure everyone has the equipment they need to play football and cheer. Due to the fact that we must make these decisions so far in advance, the following refunds will be granted only if an email or letter is postmarked by the date deadlines listed below. There will be no exceptions to the following rules.  No refunds will be given until all equipment has been returned.  Refunds will be dispersed via original payment method received.

Football deadline: August 15th (minus a nonrefundable $110 administrative fee)
