News for September 16, 2018

All SMYAC members, families, and friends,

The Southern Maryland Youth Athletic Conference (SMYAC) does not and will not tolerate bullying, threats, aggressive behavior, negative interactions of any type to include, but limited to, physical confrontation, verbal abuse, and electronic interactions of any type from coaches, players, families, friends, and administrations.

Organizations, coaches, teams, and individuals will be held accountable.  SMYAC penalties could include, but not limited to, permanent expulsion, suspensions, financial fines, and/or forfeiture.  Individual organizations can assess additional penalties.  Furthermore, in an effort to protect our environment, SMYAC will be reporting events deemed necessary – in person or electronic – to local authorities.

Be positive.  Be respective.  Be smart.

Thank you,

The SMYAC Board
